Come on down to the farm and learn about quail as a sustainable protein source that you can raise in your own backyard. Follow along as you learn proper dressing technique, ethical culling procedures, storage practices, & benefits of this versatile bird. Our instructors will be there to guide and support you with hands on instruction. All supplies included. You will take home two processed birds & supplies to get started at home. *Additional birds available if you wish to process more, please let us know.
