Coturnix Quail are a nutritional powerhouse, they are the smallest avian species raised for meat & eggs, and a great sustainable food source. These fun birds require minimal space, they begin laying eggs as early as 6 weeks of age, & they offer an excellent compost for the garden. Plus, they come in an array of beautiful and vivid plumage!

Feb 15th Interested in raising Quail? Not sure where to start? Come join us for our backyard quail keeping class where you will learn everything from housing, feeding, breeding, incubation, & more! Florida Specific Rules & Regulations also included!
March 1st & April 26th @ 10am Come on down to the farm and learn about quail as a sustainable protein source that you can raise in your own backyard. Follow along as you learn proper dressing technique, ethical culling procedures, storage practices, & benefits of this versatile bird. Our instructors will be there to guide and support you with hands on instruction. All supplies included. You will take home two processed birds & supplies to get started at home.
